The Role
What you'll get up to
As a Consultant at HiTalent Group you will:

Work on instructions from some of Europe's leading startups and Tech-focused organisations.

Liaise directly with stakeholders to go into detail of their requirements and autonomously deliver suitable shortlists to Clients

Manage the candidate process: Sourcing, screening, Interviewing, managing offer / resignation process

Build a strong global network of candidates for our recurring remits
-
Build an efficient Social Media and Networking strategy to enable you to turn around remits in record times
-
Managing our database ensuring all processes and procedures are followed
